I graduated from SWOSU and currently work as a school counselor at an Oklahoma City high school. I work best with children ages 4-18 years old through mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral therapies. I work with those who struggle with mental and behavioral health needs, including but not limited to anger management, anxiety, behavior modification, depression, divorce & blended family issues, adjustment issues and self esteem issues.
