Leslie Dillard, MCP, LPC-S, LADC is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Oklahoma. She is licensed as a LPC Supervisor and can oversee LPC Candidates that are working towards licensure. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University (NWOSU) in Alva, Oklahoma in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. She also obtained her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2013. She began her internship working within a correctional facility where she had worked as a counselor for 2 years prior to graduating in 2013 .She has worked with various mental health populations including community mental health, intensive outpatient services, inpatient services, juvenile justice, criminal justice, and substance abuse, first episode psychosis, youth and young adults in transition and has served as a senior project manager in systems of care for the Oklahoma department of mental health and substance abuse services, where she has presented at several conferences over mental health issues that concern children, youth and young adults services.

Leslie has been a part of the Post adjudication review board (PARB) mental health board in Oklahoma County since 2019. The PARB board reviews cases for children, youth and adolescents who have an open case with the Oklahoma department of human services and the board helps to assist in making recommendations pertaining to mental health treatment to Oklahoma county judges who oversee the dockets of these cases.
